Benefiting San Francisco Sex Information
Last month, I spoke about Commercial Sex at San Francisco Sex Information‘s training program. Commonly referred to as “SFSI”, the San Francisco-based non-profit organization has a hotline for people (in San Francisco or elsewhere) to call — or email! — and get accurate, non-judgmental sex information. They’re well-networked so even if they don’t have an answer for your question, they’ll likely be able to point you in the right direction. Besides the hotline, they also train people to become sex educators. I’m very interested in the training after speaking there… I just might look into doing it myself!

If there’s one thing San Francisco is known for, it’s a sex-positive culture. And a Golden Gate Bridge.

For June’s update of Karma Pervs, my monthly porn fundraising project, I had the pleasure of shooting at Bakers Beach with my friend Tristan Crane (Flickr). It was a beautifully moody day and being on a beach always grounds me and connects me to the other side of the Pacific, my other home, Hawai`i. This photo set is in many ways a bridge between the two.
